Built From Curiosity, Powered By Creativity
CraftyLabz started with a simple curiosity about 3D printing and grew into a business built around creativity, quality, and making fun products people genuinely enjoy.
What started as an interest in what 3D printers could do has grown into a brand focused on fun, creative, and unique 3D printed products — all printed in-house and checked with care before they ever leave my hands.
✨ What CraftyLabz Is All About
Printed In-House
Every CraftyLabz item is printed by me, not mass-produced in a factory.
Made To Order
Many products are printed specifically for each customer, with care taken from start to finish.
Quality Checked
If I’m not happy with the quality, it doesn’t get sent. Simple as that.

🚀 How It All Started
I first got into 3D printing back in 2021.
I’d heard a lot about it and was always curious about what these machines could actually do. Eventually, I bought my first 3D printer — and it was nothing like the printers of today.
It arrived in pieces, had to be assembled, and took a lot of learning just to get a decent print. I had to figure out setup, bed levelling, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting before I could really get things working properly.
These days, many printers are far more beginner-friendly and arrive almost ready to go straight out of the box. But honestly, I’m grateful I started when I did.
Learning 3D printing the harder way gave me the skills and confidence to handle maintenance, repairs, problem-solving, and all the little things that come with running printers properly. That experience still helps me every day in how I run CraftyLabz.
🧠 From Hobby To Business
After a couple of years of tinkering, learning, and getting more comfortable with 3D printing, I started creating things that friends and family really liked.
They were fascinated by how it all worked, and over time that turned into people asking if they could buy an item or two for themselves.
That was the moment the idea for CraftyLabz really started to take shape.
In 2024, I turned that interest into a business — something that originally began as curiosity had grown into something much bigger.
🧸 What I Love Making Most
Although I print products across different categories, I still love articulated and fidget toys the most.
Even now, seeing them come off the build plate with hardly any cleanup still makes me smile. There’s just something satisfying about watching a design come to life and work exactly as it should.
A big part of CraftyLabz is being able to share that feeling with other people — whether it’s a fun fidget, a collectible piece, or something that simply makes someone smile when it arrives.
🛠️ How CraftyLabz Works
At the moment, CraftyLabz is a one-person business — I handle everything myself, from printing and quality control to packing and running the store.
Everything is printed in-house and many items are made to order.
I always check products carefully before they are sent out to make sure they are safe, clean, and free from issues like rough areas or sharp edges. Even the slightest issue is enough for me to stop and reassess whether that item is good enough to send.
Some people might not even notice a small flaw — but if I notice it, that matters to me. I’d hate to think someone received something I wasn’t fully happy with, which is why quality control is such a big part of CraftyLabz.
In the future, I may offer some slight-defect items at a reduced price rather than letting them go to waste, because someone else may still enjoy them. But anything sent as a standard customer order has to meet the quality level I’d be happy to receive myself.
🎨 Respect For Design
A lot of the items I sell are created by talented designers, and I believe it’s only right to give them the recognition they deserve.
Where appropriate, I make it clear who the original designer is, although some designers prefer not to be named.
Looking ahead, I’d love to create more of my own original models and designs too — and who knows, maybe one day even sell the rights to other businesses in the same industry.
That creative side is a big part of where I’d like CraftyLabz to go in the future.

💙 Why CraftyLabz Matters To Me
CraftyLabz is more than just a store to me.
It’s the result of years of learning, testing, improving, and turning curiosity into something real. It gives me the chance to create fun, interesting products and send them out into the world for other people to enjoy.
And while I’m still doing everything myself right now, I’m excited for where things could go in the future.
Who knows — maybe one day CraftyLabz will grow enough that I can bring someone else in to help. But for now, every order is still handled personally, and that’s something I’m proud of.
