We Want You To Love Your CraftyLabz Order
If something isn’t quite right with your order, don’t worry — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Every CraftyLabz item is carefully made and packed with care. Because many of our products are 3D printed specifically for each order, our returns process works a little differently from large retail stores.
This page explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and product expectations work.

🧠 Before You Order
CraftyLabz products are 3D printed layer by layer using high-quality materials, and each item is checked by hand before shipping.
Because of the 3D printing process:
- small layer lines may be visible
- slight surface variations can occur
- there may be minor differences in finish from one print to another
These are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects. They’re part of what makes each CraftyLabz print a little unique.
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns for non-custom, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- be unused
- be in their original condition
- include the original packaging
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
🧩 Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many CraftyLabz products are 3D printed specifically for each order, which means they cannot be restocked once produced.
The following items cannot be returned:
- custom-designed prints
- personalised items
- made-to-order products requested by the customer
These items may only be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged or defective on delivery.
Damage that occurs after delivery due to misuse, dropping, bending, rough handling, or general wear is not covered by this policy.
🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a short explanation of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging if relevant
This allows us to investigate quickly and resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- a replacement
- a refund
- or store credit
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to your original payment method
- processing typically takes 5–7 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply:
- return the original item (if eligible)
- place a new order for the item you prefer
This helps us process orders more quickly and accurately.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- personalised or custom-designed prints
- made-to-order items
- items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- items returned after the 14-day window without prior approval
