Fast, Tracked Delivery With Care

Thank you for shopping with CraftyLabz and supporting our small business. We aim to make delivery as smooth and stress-free as possible from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Many CraftyLabz products are 3D printed to order, which means each item is carefully made before it is packed and shipped.

We currently offer:

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £25
  • Tracked international shipping

🕒 Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll contact you by email to keep you informed.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services.

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Free delivery on orders over £25
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

International Orders

  • Tracked international shipping via Royal Mail
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to postal or customs delays.

🌍 International Shipping

CraftyLabz ships to a growing number of countries, including:

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India and other selected destinations.

All eligible international orders include tracked delivery, so you can follow your parcel during transit.

We may expand our shipping destinations over time, so if your country is not currently available, please check back in the future.

💰 Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For international orders, any applicable taxes and duties may be collected at the appropriate stage depending on destination and order value.

Where charges are collected in advance, this helps reduce unexpected fees on delivery. However, import rules can vary by country, and customers are responsible for checking local import requirements where applicable.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully package every order, but if your parcel arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible.
