Because many CraftyLabz products are 3D printed specifically for each order, some things work a little differently compared to mass-produced products. Use the sections below to quickly find the answer you need.

What is a 3D printed product?
A 3D printed product is created layer by layer using specialist printing equipment and high-quality materials. This means every CraftyLabz item is made through a unique process rather than being mass-produced in a factory mould.
Will my item have layer lines?
Yes — small layer lines or minor surface variations can be visible on 3D printed products. These are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show products as accurately as possible, but because items are 3D printed, there may be slight differences in finish, colour tone, or tiny details from one print to another.
Are your products handmade?
Our products are machine-printed using 3D printers, then checked, prepared, and packed by hand. So while they are not handmade in the traditional sense, every order is still carefully produced and handled with care.
Are CraftyLabz products durable?
Our products are designed to be fun, functional, and enjoyable to use, but like most 3D printed items, they should be handled with reasonable care. Dropping, bending, rough play, or misuse can cause damage.

Will colours look exactly the same in real life?
Not always. Screen settings, lighting, and material batches can cause slight colour differences between what you see on screen and the final printed item.
Can there be small imperfections?
Yes — small surface marks, layer lines, and slight finish variations can happen with 3D printed products. These are normal characteristics of the process and help make each print unique.
Are all items the exact same size?
We aim for consistency, but very small variations can occur in 3D printing. Product sizes are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Do you make items to order?
Yes — many CraftyLabz products are printed specifically for each order. This helps us offer a wider range of fun designs without mass-producing stock.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel it if production has not yet started, but once printing or processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change something, contact us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once production has started.
Do you offer custom or personalised items?
Some items may be available as custom or personalised products. If a listing offers this option, please double-check all details before ordering, as custom items are usually non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Which countries do you currently ship to?
We currently ship to: United Kingdom , Australia, Canada, India, Japan, New Zealand, United States
We may expand our shipping destinations over time, so if your country isn’t currently listed, please check back in future.
How long will my order take to ship?
Processing times can vary depending on the item and current order volume, especially for made-to-order products. Estimated shipping and processing times will usually be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Why does shipping take longer than big online stores?
Because many CraftyLabz products are printed specifically for each order, they often need production time before dispatch. We’re not a mass-production warehouse — each order is created with care.
How can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
We accept returns for eligible non-custom, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Can I return a custom or made-to-order item?
No — custom, personalised, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging if relevant. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with the order.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item if eligible and place a new order.

Are your products suitable for children?
Not all CraftyLabz products are designed for children. Some items are decorative, practical, collectible, or intended for general home use rather than play. Where relevant, product listings may include age guidance or safety notices to help you choose appropriately.
Do any items contain small parts?
Yes — some items may include small or moving parts, which may not be suitable for young children. Please check the product description and any safety messaging on the product page before purchasing.
Will you show age or safety guidance on product pages?
Where appropriate, we may include visual safety or age guidance on product pages to help customers quickly understand whether an item is suitable for children or better suited to teens, adults, or general home use.
How should I clean my item?
For most items, gentle wiping with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth is best. Avoid high heat, soaking, dishwashers, or harsh chemicals unless specifically stated on the product listing.
Can 3D printed items melt or warp?
Yes — some 3D printed materials can soften or warp if exposed to high temperatures, such as inside a hot car, near radiators, or in direct heat for long periods.
